This is a sequel of sorts to the last song on "Pearls Are Graceful Hairdressers" called "Babybird" about a bird being reincarnated as a human. In this story a second reincarnation renders the character more than mildly confused! By the coda of the song instead of being confronted with his creator as in "Babybird" he is only confronted with a chorus of "normal" people. This dude is now insane and it's over for him.
